The survey consists of 2 main sections:
Evaluating your experience across various aspects of your current work environment. This section includes different types of questions: rating statements on a 1-to-6 scale, single-choice questions, and multiple-choice questions. Specific instructions are provided directly below each question, please read them carefully before answering.
Feedback and recommendations for improvement. This section includes multiple-choice questions, ranking questions, and open-ended questions for you to share your thoughts.
It takes about 15 minutes to complete the survey. Your evaluations and feedback are very important for building the work environment at company name, so please choose the options that BEST REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL THOUGHTS.
Questions will appear sequentially from top to bottom. You can only proceed to the next question after completing the previous one.
At the end of each section, please click the Continue button so the system can save your progress.
Incomplete surveys will be saved for 48 hours. During this time, you must continue the survey on the same computer and browser, so try to finish it in one go! After this, the survey page will completely refresh, and you will need to start over from the beginning.
